Chiropractic Care for Adults and Pediatrics

We offer a variety of chiropractic adjustment techniques: Manual Manipulation, Lumbar Traction, Thompson Drop Table Technique and Arthostim Instrument Adjustments. We always discuss the techniques with our patients and will work together to perform the treatment that you are comfortable with.

Massage Therapy

Our experienced licensed massage therapists offer a variety of techniques suited to fit your needs: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Sports Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Total Body Balancing, Reiki and Hot Stone massages. Myofascial cupping is a soft tissue technique that utilizes plastic cups to reduce adhesions between the skin, muscle and fascia. Cupping helps to increase blood flow to hydrate these tissues to enhance healing.

Rock Blades and IASTT

Rock Blades and Instrument Assissted Soft Tissue Therapy is a myofascial release technique that utilizes tools to increase mobility of tissue and reduce the formation of scar tissue during healing.

Rock Tape

Rock Tape and kinesiotaping help decrease inflammation, swelling and pain over an injured area. It can also be applies to enhance movement for training and reduce muscle fatigue in endurance events.

NormaTec Recovery Pants

Air filling compression pants utilized by elite athletes everywhere are now available to our local athletes and sports enthusiasts. The Ultimate Recovery System is used to help improve circulation, reduce leg fatigue and speed recovery for endurance and power sports.

Cold Laser Therapy

Non-Invasive light therapy that reduces acute inflammation and helps injured tissue heal faster.

Therapeutic Stretching and Spinal Rehab

We have developed a fundamental program that is the key component to manage acute and chronic spine conditions. Upon evaluation, we will develop a program based on your condition and ability for the best possible outcomes.

Therapeutic Pilates

Private one-on-one therapeutic pilates session to help you begin to move easier. In this program, we design a your exercises based on your abilities and injuries. Our goal is to keep you safe but still focus on building strength. Small group pilates sessions available beginning in a 6-week sessions.
